The specific terms of any paid engagement are set out in the written proposal and agreement we send you before work begins; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins. ## 2. The free audit Our free marketing audit is provided as a genuine, no-obligation service. It reflects our professional opinion based on the information available to us and is not a guarantee of any particular result. ## 3. Services & results We work hard and report honestly, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (your market, budget, product and competitors). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, and we will never claim otherwise. ## 4. Fees & payment - Prices shown on the site are starting points ("from"); your quote is itemised in your proposal. - Advertising spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and is separate from our fees. - We operate without lock-in contracts — retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled per the notice stated in your agreement. ## 5. Your responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets needed to do the work, and that you have the right to grant that access. ## 6. Intellectual property Deliverables we create for you become yours once paid for. We may showcase the work as a case study only with your written approval. ## 7. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. ## 8. Governing law Unless your signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. ## 9.
